Eino's Story
Eino Korpela is a William & Mary graduate who studied Accounting and Data Science. After falling in love with our city, his journey began with a deep fascination with Williamsburg's unique economic landscape, leading him to stay and put down roots in the Historic Triangle after graduation.

Coming from a Finnish-American household, Korpela brings a strong work ethic and a deep appreciation for community to everything he does. After graduating, he started working in real estate and became a small business owner, giving him firsthand insight into the economic challenges and opportunities that Williamsburg residents and local businesses face every day.
Having chosen Williamsburg as his home — not just his school — Korpela is uniquely positioned to bridge the gap between the college community and long-term residents. He's not a career politician. He's a young professional who loves this city, understands the challenges it faces, and has the drive and energy to roll up his sleeves and fight for every Williamsburg resident over the next four years.
The Bridge Between Two Williamsburgs
As a recent William & Mary graduate who chose to stay in Williamsburg after graduation, I bring a unique perspective to City Council. I am not just a career politician; I am a young professional who loves this city, understands its numbers, and has the drive to fight for every resident. I am uniquely positioned to bridge the gap between the college community and long-term residents, ensuring that Williamsburg remains a place where everyone can afford to live.
